Responsibilities
Assist with the integration and onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, understanding their needs
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, leading the implementation process
Apply Supply Chain knowledge to understand customers' specific requirements
Use technical skills in technology, including SQL/PostgreSQL, to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Stay organized and manage time efficiently to complete tasks and projects
Proactively identify areas for improvement in onboarding processes
Requirements
Experience in customer service (consulting or a related role is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in systems implementation
Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL and experience with Microsoft tools
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
Strong time-management skills
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems
Passion for customer relationships and delivering excellent service
Willingness to travel and visit clients
Knowledge of Supply Chain is a plus
Intermediate English is a plus
