About the role
- Implementation Project Manager leading deployment projects for iD Cloud at Nedap Retail. Collaborating with clients to ensure successful implementation of retail solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deployment activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with business goals.
- Act as internal liaison with key partners to set up timely sessions and collaborate closely with customer project leads to drive customer deliverables.
- Educate clients on Best Practices while enabling scalable adoption and ensure customers understand implications of deviating from recommendations.
- Align iD Cloud with the client’s systems and processes to enable a smooth technical and operational rollout.
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships internally and externally throughout the project.
Requirements
- B.S./B.A. or 5+ years of relevant job experience.
- Project Management certification preferred such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP®, CAPM®.
- 5+ years leading complex SaaS implementations (preferred).
- Experience in retail and/or RFID is a plus.
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be eligible for U.S. employment.
