Responsibilities
Analysis of European target markets including regulation, competition, and industry potential
Preparation of business cases, prioritizations, and recommendations for executive management
Identification of opportunities and market entry barriers (eIDAS 2.0, EUDI Wallet, KYC/AML, signature laws, etc.)
Development of go-to-market strategies
Preparation of decision materials for the CGO and CSO
Budget and resource estimation
Implementation in prioritized markets
Planning and management of market entry
Organization of business development trips, delegations, and expert interviews
Support for initial pilot projects and key accounts
Close collaboration with Sales, Product, HR, and Legal
Establishment of a structured reporting and monitoring system
Requirements
Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
3–6 years of professional experience in areas such as internationalization, company building, corporate strategy, consulting, digital identity, or digital product development with a focus on localization
Strong analytical skills and experience in creating market and competitive analyses
High organizational and project management competence
Experience with EU regulations (ideally: eIDAS, PSD2, AML, eGov)
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and an ownership mindset
Business-fluent German and English; additional EU languages are a plus
Willingness to travel within Europe
