About the role

  • Customer Engineer maintaining NCR ATMs and related software in Switzerland. Involves regular maintenance, installation and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance, installation and repair of NCR ATMs
  • Installation and maintenance of device operating software
  • Independently plan and perform maintenance for assigned devices
  • Regular on-call duty for ATM devices
  • Support and manage assigned customers
  • Manage own spare parts inventory

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware and Windows
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills and a team player
  • Adaptable, able to work independently and responsibly
  • German (required); English skills are an advantage
  • Residence in the Murten / Payerne / Bern region
  • Driving license Category B
