Instalación, configuración y puesta en marcha de equipos
Diagnósticos básicos y avanzados de los equipos
Reparación y ajuste de partes y/o módulos
Aislamiento de problemas del equipo/sistema
Explicar con claridad los alcances de las actividades de servicio a los clientes
Reportar problemas encontrados y acciones tomadas
Responsabilizarse por la solución de los problemas cumpliendo los acuerdos de niveles de servicio comprometidos con los clientes
