Responsibilities
Diagnose faults and perform repair or replacement of ATM modules on-site
Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region
Take ownership of customer issues or incidents, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements
Role may involve prolonged travel, lifting and carrying toolkits/parts of varying weights, and bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods
Full training and equipment provided
Requirements
Valid Full UK manual driving license
Strong local geographical knowledge
Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair
Basic computer hardware and software knowledge
Experience with Windows operating systems
Experience in general PC hardware and software maintenance
High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude
PIA licences desirable, but if you don’t hold one, it will be provided
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer facing relationship skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and capable of performing well under pressure
