Responsibilities

  • Prospect, network, and close deals with restaurants across the Miami area
  • Meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and show them how our tech can transform their operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor—no pushy sales tactics here
  • Use tools like Salesforce to track activity and forecast performance
  • Partner with solution engineers, account managers, and onboarding teams to deliver an amazing client experience
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to level up your pitch

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • A hunter mentality and passion for building authentic client relationships
  • Experience with hospitality or restaurant tech (POS systems, digital ordering, payment platforms)
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to walk into any room and connect
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented—you love autonomy and freedom
  • Local to the Miami, FL area and open to daily travel
  • Hospitality industry experience (front of house, back of house, or anything in between)
  • Previous experience in using CRM platforms like Salesforce (bonus)
  • Familiarity with small business owners and franchise operations (bonus)
