Requirements
Expertise in data analytics, visualization, and predictive modeling (SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau).
Understanding of HR and talent metrics (engagement, retention, learning effectiveness, performance).
Ability to connect data to business outcomes and craft a clear, compelling narrative.
