About the role

Responsibilities
- To lead and manage the work for the implementation and support of infrastructure platforms for delivering applications.

- The Manager II provides leadership to leaders and/or experienced professionals and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams.
- Implements strategies by establishing operational objectives, policies and plans that effect immediate operations and may have department or organizational impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Desired - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- 7 - 10 years relative work experience
- 3 - 5 years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise
- Broad expertise or unique knowledge in designing and developing software platforms.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud architectures, CI/CD processes, and platform security.
- Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles.
- Ability to influence others internally and externally, including leaders, vendors and regulators.
- One or more Pega System certifications
- One or many PMP, Agile or DevOps Certification
- Advanced knowledge of NFCU operations, processes and procedures
