About the role
- Senior M365 & IAM Platform Engineer driving automation and identity engineering in a global automotive environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams using M365, Entra ID, Azure Functions.
Responsibilities
- You will engineer, configure, and improve M365, Entra ID, and Active Directory services to create secure, reliable, and scalable platform capabilities.
- You will design and build event-based integrations between enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, AD, and Entra ID.
- You will automate workflows and recurring tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- You will develop solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams and SharePoint, with a strong focus on productivity, governance, and security.
- You will support and manage hybrid identity configurations between Active Directory and Entra ID to ensure a seamless enterprise user experience.
- You will apply Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and GitHub Actions to create repeatable, version-controlled, and streamlined deployments.
- You will contribute to continuous delivery and ongoing improvement of collaboration and IAM platforms in a DevOps setup.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with M365 technologies and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
- Solid expertise in Entra ID and Active Directory, including Conditional Access, Group Policies, and MFA configuration.
- Experience building event-based integrations between enterprise platforms and identity services.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or equivalent scripting tools used for automation and platform development.
- Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps for serverless workflows and event-driven solutions.
- Good knowledge of modern development practices such as Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, GitHub Actions, and DevOps principles.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in identity and collaboration environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Power Platform and Purview.
- Familiarity with Graph API and PnP for advanced Microsoft integrations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow and SuccessFactors in enterprise identity flows.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures such as PubSub and streaming.
