About the role

  • Intern or Working Student in Sales at a rapidly growing Mobility-Tech startup. Collaborating with teams to offer innovative mobility solutions while enhancing sales prospects.

Responsibilities

  • You research and qualify potential customers (prospecting)
  • You make outbound calls – always with a clear structure and objective
  • You use tools such as Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and AI-powered workflows
  • You test new messaging approaches and determine what really works — always data-driven
  • You work closely with the Head of Marketing, the founders and our AE team

Requirements

  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone — on the contrary: you enjoy it
  • You speak fluent German and are comfortable working in English
  • You are persistent, don’t give up at the first “not interested” and follow up
  • You have the drive to truly develop in sales — not just as a side project
  • You work in a structured, data-driven manner, think proactively and want to actively contribute to growth
  • Initial experience in outbound sales, recruiting or a startup environment is a plus
