About the role

  • Social Media Ads specialist overseeing quality and execution for luxury brands in a hybrid setup at Havas. Collaborating with teams to ensure media activations align with brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality of execution, the accuracy of deliveries and the correctness of media activations across all social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Implement Social Media Ads campaigns according to the strategies defined by the account/consulting teams.
  • Configure, schedule and monitor activations across the different social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ensure the compliance and quality of each delivery: targeting, formats, placements, creative integration and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor real-time performance and propose adjustments to ensure campaign quality and visibility.
  • Prepare and update tracking reports with precision and clarity.
  • Collaborate with account/strategy, planning and creative teams to ensure coherence between strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Ads environments and buying platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
  • Experience or a strong appetite for implementing high-end/premium media campaigns.
  • Rigour, accuracy and attention to detail in managing activations and budgets.
  • A strong interest in the luxury, beauty or fashion sectors and an understanding of their codes.
  • Ability to work in a team, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and collaborate in an international environment.
  • Fluent French (C1–C2), both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English is a real asset (minimum level B2–C1).
