About the role

  • Account Manager for Social Media managing campaigns and strategic consulting for brands. Handling all project phases to ensure effective communication and visibility on social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate campaigns, editorial calendars, and paid strategies effectively.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients and confidently guide them through all project phases — you know that client service is central to your role.
  • Independently prepare quotes and plan budgets.
  • Understand and prioritize requirements, and translate them into clear briefs (e.g., for creative teams).
  • Keep timings, resources, and results in view — from kickoff through project planning to reporting.
  • Interpret KPIs and derive what truly works.
  • Identify platform trends — and, together with the team, translate them intelligently rather than merely copying.
  • Spot upsell opportunities and expand them together with the team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' full-time professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficient across all relevant social channels.
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop them together with the team.
  • Willingness to look beyond your own area and collaborate across functions.
  • Confident use of common AI tools and solutions.
  • Ideally, experience supporting shoots/production and independently planning smaller in-house productions.
  • Ideally, initial experience preparing social media strategies for clients.
  • Ideally, first experience with Meta Business Suite.
