Responsibilities
Integrate campaigns, editorial calendars, and paid strategies effectively.
Provide strategic advice to clients and confidently guide them through all project phases — you know that client service is central to your role.
Independently prepare quotes and plan budgets.
Understand and prioritize requirements, and translate them into clear briefs (e.g., for creative teams).
Keep timings, resources, and results in view — from kickoff through project planning to reporting.
Interpret KPIs and derive what truly works.
Identify platform trends — and, together with the team, translate them intelligently rather than merely copying.
Spot upsell opportunities and expand them together with the team.
Requirements
At least 2 years' full-time professional experience in a relevant field.
Proficient across all relevant social channels.
Ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop them together with the team.
Willingness to look beyond your own area and collaborate across functions.
Confident use of common AI tools and solutions.
Ideally, experience supporting shoots/production and independently planning smaller in-house productions.
Ideally, initial experience preparing social media strategies for clients.
Ideally, first experience with Meta Business Suite.
