About the role
- Chef de Projet Gaming/Esport at Havas Play managing gaming and esports projects. Collaborating on strategies and client engagement while analyzing gaming trends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis related to gaming and esports on consumer and societal trends, brand benchmarking, competitive intelligence, etc.
- Participate in responses to RFPs and in the commercial development of the division, including creating decks, contributing to creative brainstorms, and strategic thinking
- Help write and present gaming/esports recommendations (influence, social media, paid media, creative, etc.)
- Oversee the operational implementation of gaming and esports projects: coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage client follow-up, and ensure deliverable quality
- Support the sale of gaming and esports rights by presenting events (Worlds, RLCS, Kings League, etc.) or assets (Karmine, Gentlemates, etc.) to agency clients
Requirements
- Degree at Bac+4/5 level (equivalent to a Master's) from a business school, communications school, or a school specialized in video games
- Proactive and creative mindset
- Proficiency in AI
- Good command of English
- Solid knowledge of the video game and esports ecosystem
- At least one professional or volunteer experience in this field
- Passion for playing video games and following esports competitions
