- Build weekly/monthly calendar inputs and help keep status trackers, approvals, and deadlines moving.
- Deliver publishing and QA across platforms (format checks, captions, tagging, links, aspect ratios, thumbnails).
- Maintain feed/grid hygiene and consistency (visual checks, ordering, basic layout spotting, flagging issues early).
- Support community management by monitoring comments/DMs, applying response playbooks, and escalating sensitive issues.
- Track trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity, sharing relevant opportunities with the team.
- Pull performance data and compile weekly/monthly snapshots (reach, engagement, views, clicks, top content).
- Coordinate with creators and internal teams to collect assets, versions, and final deliverables for posting.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in social media content execution (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and formats (Reels/TikTok/Stories/Shorts/carousels)
- High attention to detail (typos, specs, links, tagging, formatting)
- Organized workflow habits (trackers, deadlines, approvals, version control)
- Comfort with basic analytics and reporting (platform insights, simple takeaways)
- Clear communication and a proactive “flag issues early” mindset
