About the role

  • Social Content Executive managing social media for luxury brands at Tribe X, a global performance agency. Delivering content publication, community management, and performance tracking for luxury market.

Responsibilities

  • Build weekly/monthly calendar inputs and help keep status trackers, approvals, and deadlines moving.
  • Deliver publishing and QA across platforms (format checks, captions, tagging, links, aspect ratios, thumbnails).
  • Maintain feed/grid hygiene and consistency (visual checks, ordering, basic layout spotting, flagging issues early).
  • Support community management by monitoring comments/DMs, applying response playbooks, and escalating sensitive issues.
  • Track trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity, sharing relevant opportunities with the team.
  • Pull performance data and compile weekly/monthly snapshots (reach, engagement, views, clicks, top content).
  • Coordinate with creators and internal teams to collect assets, versions, and final deliverables for posting.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in social media content execution (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and formats (Reels/TikTok/Stories/Shorts/carousels)
  • High attention to detail (typos, specs, links, tagging, formatting)
  • Organized workflow habits (trackers, deadlines, approvals, version control)
  • Comfort with basic analytics and reporting (platform insights, simple takeaways)
  • Clear communication and a proactive “flag issues early” mindset
