Recruiting and Talent Manager leading talent acquisition efforts for Pacific Health Group's healthcare services. Driving recruitment strategies and building candidate pipelines for critical roles in California.
Responsibilities
✓ Lead end-to-end recruiting for clinical, operational, and administrative positions across multiple counties, with Lead Care Manager hiring as a top organizational priority.
✓ Build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles—especially Lead Care Managers, LCSWs, LMFTs, CHWs, and Care Managers—through creative sourcing and community partnerships.
✓ Develop targeted Lead Care Manager recruitment strategies, including outreach to care management professional networks, graduate programs, and managed care organizations.
✓ Design interview frameworks rooted in values alignment and trauma-informed hiring practices.
✓ Own recruitment metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
✓ Champion PHG’s employer brand across job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
✓ Collaborate with HR and department leads on onboarding, credentialing, and retention strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
Demonstrated experience recruiting clinical staff, Lead Care Managers, Outreach staff and community-based health workers.
Working knowledge of California employment law, EEO regulations, and healthcare credentialing requirements.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates across diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
