About the role

  • Sachbearbeiter Einkauf supporting a renowned nursing organization with locations in Bavaria. Responsibilities include order management, budget control, and supplier negotiations for their team.

Responsibilities

  • Placing purchase orders
  • Monitoring delivery status
  • Verifying invoices
  • Monitoring budgets
  • Requesting quotes, including price negotiations
  • Managing shopping carts
  • Coordinating the approval process
  • Comparing suppliers and, if necessary, realigning suppliers and negotiating prices
  • Providing support to the Operational Managers (preparing and following up on documents and information, organizing and supporting ongoing topics and special tasks)

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training
  • Technical experience desirable; at minimum a strong interest in technical topics
  • Several years of professional experience
