About the role

  • Marketingmanager leading digital and paid social marketing for a healthcare group. Overseeing a team and improving brand strategies with innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Refinement, planning and management of our group-wide (employer) branding strategy, with progressive documentation in a CI manual
  • Development and implementation of marketing initiatives (print, digital, SEA/SEO, social media), including defining the marketing team's service portfolio
  • Close collaboration with the Recruiting Shared Service on employer branding, recruitment campaigns and social media recruiting
  • Establishment of a data-driven marketing and campaign management/controlling approach in line with performance marketing
  • Analysis of market trends, target audiences and competitors
  • Management of external agencies and marketing service providers
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership, support and development of the marketing team

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in marketing with a strong digital focus and hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Practical experience managing social media campaigns targeting customers and/or candidates
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
  • Solid experience in people management and in working with external agencies and vendors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking and approach
  • Creativity, flexibility, determination, a hands-on mentality and strong team skills
