Responsibilities
Refinement, planning and management of our group-wide (employer) branding strategy, with progressive documentation in a CI manual
Development and implementation of marketing initiatives (print, digital, SEA/SEO, social media), including defining the marketing team's service portfolio
Close collaboration with the Recruiting Shared Service on employer branding, recruitment campaigns and social media recruiting
Establishment of a data-driven marketing and campaign management/controlling approach in line with performance marketing
Analysis of market trends, target audiences and competitors
Management of external agencies and marketing service providers
Functional and disciplinary leadership, support and development of the marketing team
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in marketing with a strong digital focus and hands-on experience in performance marketing
Practical experience managing social media campaigns targeting customers and/or candidates
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
Solid experience in people management and in working with external agencies and vendors
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong negotiation skills
Analytical thinking and approach
Creativity, flexibility, determination, a hands-on mentality and strong team skills
