About the role
- Bilingual Customer Service Representative handling client inquiries for Mygrant Glass. Providing support for orders, account management, and customer service issues in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients
- Handle calls, process orders and payments, and ensure professional service
- Assist with returns, account management, and coordination with the warehouse team
- Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process returns
- Process daily cash, credit card, and check deposits
- Interact with customers via telephone and in-person providing assistance
- Manage customer accounts with discretion and escalate concerns as needed
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Develop knowledge of products and services to better serve customers
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Professional demeanor with superior telephone and people skills
- Able to communicate clearly

- General knowledge of Microsoft products
