Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound collection activities for delinquent customers;
  • Handle customer interactions through the available support channels;
  • Knowledge of consórcio (consortium/group-purchasing product);
  • Be familiar with detailed information about Mycon plans and groups;
  • Ensure necessary records and updates are entered in internal tools (CRM).

Requirements

  • General knowledge of consórcio and its particularities (common questions, asset types, bids/lances, assemblies, and procedures);
  • Quick thinking and strong persuasive communication skills;
  • Knowledge of objection-handling techniques;
  • Negotiation of outstanding installments/payments;
  • Customer retention during cancellation processes;
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
  • Familiarity with NewCon Plus.
