Responsibilities
Support and optimize website SEO: keyword research, on-page updates, technical checks, and performance tracking.
Analyze organic performance using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools, providing insights for content and website improvements.
Maintain and update CRM systems (Attio), ensuring clean data, correct lead routing, and lifecycle stages.
Assist in setting up and improving lead nurturing flows, scoring models, and automated email sequences.
Build and test simple automation workflows based on user behavior (e.g., page visits, form submissions).
Maintain basic dashboards and reports to monitor SEO and CRM funnel performance.
Stay informed on SEO and CRM automation best practices to improve processes and overall efficiency.
Requirements
Initial experience in SEO and/or CRM systems (working student, junior role, internship, or freelance)
Familiar with keyword research, metadata, on-page SEO, and basic technical checks
Eager to learn CRM tools and automation workflows
Organized, analytical, and enjoy working with data and structured processes
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team
Your university must be willing to provide a training agreement
Proficient in English; German is a plus.
