About the role

  • Providing commercial assistance & sales support to department managers
  • Assisting the wider MGS commercial team in tender preparations
  • Reviewing, understanding & requesting further information or clarifications on tender scope documents
  • Understanding of all MGS offerings to recognize further service opportunities
  • Taking ownership of client feedback process for process improvements
  • Validating and controlling project scope, Quality Management, Risk Management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Compiling and managing tenders and quotations
  • Reviewing Weekly Operation Status report and creating lessons learned
  • Consulting with client representatives to maintain and earn their trust
  • Supporting the implementation of the “Geo-Cert” platform

Requirements

  • Geomatics or Civil Engineering degree level preferred.
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the geospatial/surveying industry.
  • Able to comply with deadlines and delivery dates
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Commercially savvy with an understanding of financials and deadlines.
  • Possess a full clean UK driving licence (manual transmission).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Skills that enable collaboration and communication, including the use of Microsoft Office & AutoCAD suites
