Responsibilities
Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in the Benelux countries with a focus on the Netherlands and parts of Belgium
Build, lead and develop a small sales team focused on new business and existing customers
Operational involvement in day-to-day business, including responsibility for a personal sales territory and direct customer support
Manage and expand strategic customer and partner relationships
Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and support product positioning
Primary objective: increase revenue within the territory
Responsible for forecasts, budgeting and achieving targets
Requirements
5–10 years of sales experience in fluid technology or a related industry
Degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualification
Initial leadership experience desirable but not required
Strategic and analytical thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills
Based at the Dutch site (presence in the Netherlands required)
Business-fluent Dutch, English and German; good knowledge of French is an advantage
