About the role

  • Sales Leader for an international Fluidtechnik manufacturer, developing sales strategy for the Benelux region. Leading a small sales team focused on growth and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in the Benelux countries with a focus on the Netherlands and parts of Belgium
  • Build, lead and develop a small sales team focused on new business and existing customers
  • Operational involvement in day-to-day business, including responsibility for a personal sales territory and direct customer support
  • Manage and expand strategic customer and partner relationships
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and support product positioning
  • Primary objective: increase revenue within the territory
  • Responsible for forecasts, budgeting and achieving targets

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in fluid technology or a related industry
  • Degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Initial leadership experience desirable but not required
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Based at the Dutch site (presence in the Netherlands required)
  • Business-fluent Dutch, English and German; good knowledge of French is an advantage
