Responsibilities
Engage in outbound calls (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email), focusing on DACH.
Support first-time depositors and focus on reactivations.
Identify and resolve failed deposit issues, offering assistance and payment solutions tailored to the player's region.
Promote relevant bonuses and offers, guiding players through their journeys from registration to loyalty.
Keep accurate records in CRM tools, maintaining a structured workflow and communication log.
Collaborate with other departments such as Payments, CRM, and Compliance to enhance player satisfaction.
Stay compliant with responsible gaming guidelines, while being proactive in upselling and re-engaging.
Participate in feedback loops and share player insights to help improve services and campaigns.
Requirements
Native-level German (mandatory), with some understanding of the iGaming industry.
Prior experience in sales, player reactivation, or iGaming support roles preferred.
Strong communication and sales skills – you’re comfortable closing offers.
Flexible to work some hours during the odd Saturday to benefit from peak conversion/playing times.
Self-motivated, reliable, and driven by performance and targets.
Experience with Voiso, Zendesk, and CRM systems is a bonus.
