- To strengthen our team, we are looking for several Senior Consultants in Group-wide Bank Management / Risk Controlling / Risk Management (m/f/d)
- Ideally, you have several years' experience in one of the areas—group-wide bank management, risk controlling, or risk management—at a bank or asset manager and can apply your specialist knowledge in project work.
- Participation in various banking projects as a subject-matter expert, business analyst, tester, coordinator, project manager, etc.
- Development of strategies, methods and processes for current issues faced by financial service providers
- Supporting our clients in meeting supervisory and regulatory requirements, e.g., researching, drafting, presenting and implementing regulatory requirements for risk controlling and risk management as part of project work (CRD, CRR, IRRBB, MaRisk, ESG, etc.)
- Where applicable, project-related data processing using VBA, Excel, Access, SQL, Python, R.
Requirements
- Completed academic education (Mathematics, Physics, Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, etc.)
- Several years of experience in bank controlling or management in a banking or consulting environment
- Strong sense of appropriate task prioritization
- Open to new topics and passionate about quantitative, analytical and regulatory issues
- Independent, analytical and structured way of working
- Open personality and a friendly, reliable manner in dealings with clients and colleagues
- High degree of team spirit and team orientation
- Very good German language skills and at least working knowledge of English
- Ideally also confident handling of data processing tools (VBA/Excel, VBA/Access, SQL, etc.)
- Willingness to travel rounds off your qualifications
