- Strong sense for appropriate task prioritization
- Open to new topics and passionate about quantitative, analytical and regulatory issues
- Independent, analytical and structured approach to work
- Open personality and friendly, reliable manner with clients and colleagues
- High degree of team spirit and orientation
- Very good German language skills and at least basic proficiency in English
- Ideally, confident handling of data processing tools (VBA/Excel, VBA/Access, SQL, etc.)
- Willingness to travel
