Responsibilities
- Work on engaging Exstream projects for international clients across diverse industries
- Design, develop, and maintain Exstream applications, including enhancements to existing solutions
- Collaborate closely with and share knowledge within the internal Exstream team to drive best practices and continuous improvement
- Work in a hybrid work model based in Belgrade on client projects, with occasional travel to client locations for planning and alignment activities
- Partner with client-side Exstream developers, business analysts, and consultants to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science or business informatics) or other equivalent experience
- At least 6 years of experience in OpenText Exstream
- Good analytics and programming skills
- Strong experience with customer communication management platform tools like Control Center, Communication server, Communication builder, WorkShop
- Strong knowledge in Exstream workflow and processes
- Strong knowledge on XML, Xpath, XSL transformation, template engine
- Strong knowledge on Exstream scripting (StreamServe script language)
- Implement Exstream development best practices, including templating, scripting, and configuration
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exstream development and deployment
- Strategic thinker capable of aligning solutions with business needs
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements.
