SCRUM MASTER responsible for implementing agile practices at Stefanini, ensuring compliance with the Scrum framework and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
About the role
- Scrum Master facilitating Agile delivery across program governance for SAP S/4HANA migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with program goals.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools to enhance team performance and delivery.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery of program milestones.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.
- Monitor team progress and performance using Agile metrics and dashboards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within and across teams.
- Ensure alignment of team activities with overall program objectives and timelines.
- Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution within Agile teams.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and program leads to manage cross-team dependencies.
- Maintain documentation and reporting to provide visibility into team performance and delivery status.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and delivery methodologies
- Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification (preferred)
- Experience in ERP transformation programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
- Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries (preferred)
