Responsibilities
Identify and capitalize on brand growth opportunities within the Baltic oncology market.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and media plans consistent with global and local directives.
Prepare and ensure launch readiness for new oncology products in assigned countries.
Drive and optimize existing oncology business performance.
Engage with top-tier customers, including healthcare professionals and payers, to improve patient health outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver value to patients, payers, and physicians.
Manage brand budgets, sales forecasts, and financial planning to support business objectives.
Utilize omnichannel marketing approaches to maximize brand reach and impact.
Lead projects and initiatives within a matrix organizational structure, influencing without direct authority.
Represent company at industry events and conferences as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences preferred; additional business education is a strong advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within oncology.
Proven ability to manage key external stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Effective team player with the ability to listen and integrate diverse perspectives.
Solid knowledge of financial management including brand budgeting and sales forecasting.
Business acumen with awareness of industry policies, trends, and technologies.
Skilled in prioritizing objectives and making resource allocation decisions.
Experience in omnichannel marketing strategies and execution.
Operational excellence with a track record of timely project delivery.
Proficient in MS Office and AI tools.
Fluent in English and either Lithuanian or Latvian.
Deep understanding of Baltic cultures and healthcare systems.
