Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the discovery garden team across campaigns, projects, and initiatives
Maintain and update marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation
Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and marketing budgets in collaboration with management
Own and manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social, paid media, webinars)
Own and manage event schedule and execution including vetting sponsorship opportunities and coordinating event logistics
Draft, format, and schedule content in marketing automation and email tools
Coordinate asset creation and distribution with designers, writers, and external partners
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials
Maintain marketing database, contact lists, and Hubspot CRM hygiene
Support marketing automation and lead management processes in collaboration with Sales
Analyze and report on campaign performance, lead activity, and website metrics
Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and documentation of marketing activities and budget
Liaise with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and external agencies
Support handoffs between Marketing and Sales (leads, campaigns, enablement assets)
Assist with product launches and go-to-market activities
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, admin, or operations role (SaaS or tech preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with marketing tools such as CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), email platforms, and CMS tools
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
