Responsibilities
Represent MRI's industry-leading Managed Service in EMEA
Build pipeline and qualify opportunities
Assess prospect value and demonstrate value to clients
Accurately forecast sales figures and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with Salespeople, Account Managers, and the Managed Services team to negotiate terms
Achieve quarterly and annual booking targets
Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline and sales activity
Requirements
Experience in the property management sector, ideally from a managing agent
Understanding of business processes around property accounting and lease administration
Minimum of 3 years sales experience
Ability to lead opportunities through the full sales cycle and successfully close deals
Comfortable working with C-Suite
Team player and low ego
Hungry for success and always looking for ways to improve and learn
Ability to organise/manage own workload and use initiative to create opportunities
