Requirements

- Erste Erfahrungen im öffentlichen Sektor.
- Bereits Geschäftsprozesse modelliert und dokumentiert (z. B. mit BPMN).
- Kenntnisse in gängigen GPM-Tools (z.B. Adonis, Camunda, Signavio).
- Ein analytisches Denkvermögen und Kommunikationsgeschick.
- Freude an der Projektarbeit.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Verwaltungs-, Wirtschaft-, Sozial- oder Politikwissenschaften.
