About the role

  • Consultant responsible for partner assessments and performance monitoring in Brazil while ensuring compliance and quality throughout the network.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, evaluate and accredit new partners at regional and national levels, ensuring infrastructure, technical capacity and alignment with business requirements.
  • Ensure that network companies maintain up-to-date registration, fiscal, tax and financial compliance, and insurance policies in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of third-party ATPs (Positivo Technical Assistance providers) through management systems, identifying gaps, delays and process deviations, and proactively addressing issues.
  • Monitor service quality and compliance with contractual deadlines, maintaining continuous follow-up with partners.
  • Conduct technical visits to partners and customers, supporting network development and improving service execution.
  • Oversee inventories, stock levels and parts movements, ensuring appropriate conditions for service delivery.
  • Lead negotiations with partners in situations not covered by contracts, seeking solutions aligned with operational needs.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, structuring and tracking action plans.
  • Prepare reports and management presentations, supporting monitoring of KPIs, ticket backlog and network performance.
  • Interact with support areas to continuously improve processes and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience executing methodical processes, ensuring organization, consistency and completion of stages.
  • Experience in Technical Support / After-Sales Service.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of IT (software and hardware).
  • Python and Power BI – a plus.
