About the role
- Videograph & Producer for a content marketing agency focusing on social media. Responsibilities include shooting, sound, and editing content in various social media formats.
Responsibilities
- As a Videographer & Producer you will be directly involved in our productions and take responsibility for camera, sound and editing — with a focus on social media formats.
- You will work closely with our Creative Producer and the post-production team.
- You will independently carry out smaller shoots (e.g., interviews, B‑roll, social clips).
- Independently manage sound and lighting for compact setups.
- Be regularly on location across German-speaking Switzerland.
- Actively contribute to story structure, hooks and the visual execution.
- Edit the produced material (Premiere Pro, optionally DaVinci Resolve or similar).
Requirements
- Some professional experience or solid hands-on experience with professional camera systems (e.g., Sony).
- Confident handling of social media formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) and a clear understanding of platform-specific requirements.
- Structured, reliable working style — able to take full responsibility for small productions.
- Professional and personable presence on set and a strong team player.
- Flexibility for shoots at various locations across German-speaking Switzerland (half-day or full-day productions).
