Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for TV commercials, TV shows, documentaries, branded content, and digital campaigns.** • Plan and manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Organize and supervise production service projects for international productions filming in Greece.** • Coordinate locations, permits, crew, equipment, and logistics.** • Act as the local production lead for international clients and agencies.
- Work with creative teams to produce digital marketing content, social media videos, and branded campaigns.** • Understand the production needs of short-form digital content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.** • Translate creative briefs into efficient production plans and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare production budgets and cost estimates.** • Negotiate with crew, vendors, and suppliers to optimize resources and production value.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Producer or Production Manager in film, television, commercial production, or branded content.** • Strong experience producing TVCs, TV programs, documentaries, and digital video content.** • Understanding of digital marketing, branded content, and social media video campaigns.** • Experience working with international clients or agencies is highly desirable.** • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).** • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.** • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.** • Based in Greece.
