Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule video production projects
  • Manage production timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Manage capturing and recording sessions
  • Secure necessary permits, locations, and equipment for shoots
  • Oversee production logistics, including hiring crew and talent
  • Track and manage project assets and deliverables
  • Coordinate post-production processes, including editing and sound mixing
  • Collaborate with editors and other post-production team members
  • Ensure the consistent quality and branding of video projects

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual storytelling
  • Understanding of the pre-production, production, and post-production processes
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production coordination or a similar role
  • Video editing software skill with Adobe Premiere
  • Video game skill
