About the role

  • Field Service Technician providing customer support for LPR systems across the US. Troubleshooting and installing systems while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers
  • Independently troubleshoot, install, repair and support customers
  • Guide field techs and customers through installations and troubleshooting
  • Evaluate installation sites and make recommendations for Camera Systems
  • Test systems to ensure they are working correctly
  • Communicate issues found in the field effectively for debugging
  • Maintain a log of customer interactions and completed tasks

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have experience with Google Suite OR Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • MUST have a valid driver's license
  • Must have experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships
  • Must be able to lift and operate 25 - 50 lbs.
