About the role
- Field Service Technician managing service needs for growers while operating agricultural equipment at Nutrien. Ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering quality service on-site.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the growers to manage service needs on the job site such as calibrating fertilizer and spray rigs
- Operate Custom Sprayer & Tractor in the field
- Tow, deliver and operate equipment
- Equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
- Load and deliver product to designated fields
- Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintains facility yard
- Manage many different customer's service needs
- Communicate as a team player
- Comply with all policies, regulations & record keeping
- Work overtime during busy season, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or demonstrated experience in vocational agricultural or a combination of education and work experience
- Valid Class A License with Hazmat Endorsement or ability to obtain
- Mechanical skills and experience
- Previous agricultural experience preferred
