Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through continuous delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
Monitor key metrics and run experiments to guide data-driven decisions;
Map the user journey, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing creative solutions to reduce friction;
Manage the product roadmap and product performance by evaluating impact, feasibility and ROI;
Work with empathy, active listening, clear communication and collaboration, engaging stakeholders and technical teams in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or graduated in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or Management/Business;
Proven experience with products focused on acquisition, conversion funnel optimization or growth;
Experience defining roadmaps driven by acquisition goals, optimizing CAC and growing the active user base;
Experience monitoring OKRs and critical KPIs for acquisition, such as conversion by funnel stage, CPA/CAC, activation, initial retention and engagement;
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Jira and Confluence;
Experience facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams;
Knowledge of planning, executing and analyzing A/B tests;
Ability to map the user journey and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
Ability to evaluate the ROI of initiatives, impact on CAC and efficiency of the acquisition funnel;
Creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to operate in dynamic environments with frequent changes of direction.
