About the role

  • Product Designer redefining logistics solutions at PX AGENCIAMENTO DE SERVIÇOS LTDA. Engaging in user-centered design and collaboration for innovative product development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies, and usability tests;
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights, and use data analytics tools to interpret usage metrics and user behavior;
  • Develop and maintain detailed personas and user journey maps based on research, and regularly update these artifacts to reflect changes in user needs and behavior;
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure design solutions meet user needs;
  • Create and test low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate quickly based on user feedback and usability testing;
  • Document research findings clearly and accessibly and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the company;
  • Monitor product performance and suggest continuous improvements based on research and user feedback, and stay up to date with design trends and market best practices.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in digital product design, with experience in gamification and/or engagement products;
  • Fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish;
  • Proficient in Figma;
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and familiarity with user-centered design methodologies;
  • Experience analyzing product and usability metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and concisely;
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously to manage complex, multitask projects, anticipate issues, and propose solutions;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development practices;
  • Initiative to help mature the team by absorbing and sharing knowledge.
