About the role

  • Analyst for SGI at Motiva, a major mobility infrastructure company focused on improving life quality. Ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing safety measures at airports.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with current regulations by consolidating compliance activities and analyzing monitoring results for applicable legal requirements.
  • Address and support remediation of irregularities and reduce process risks by developing action plans, handling nonconformities, and proposing solutions for hazards and risks associated with airport operations.
  • Monitor and participate in SGI committee activities, planning and supporting committee preparation.
  • Actively participate in accident investigations, conducting root cause analyses and developing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions necessary to improve accident prevention in operational areas.
  • Monitor the integration of ANAC technical requirements into the Integrated Management System, consolidating and analyzing results and ensuring oversight of activities carried out at the airport site.
  • Ensure the collection and recording of data related to process performance indicators for the area, guaranteeing correct input of information into Internal Controls, consolidating reports and analyzing irregularities in primary data entries.
  • Control and participate in the preparation of area-specific programs and documents, planning, supporting and taking part in the proposed programs and recording them in Internal Controls.
  • Propose adjustments to the IMS in line with the compliance strategy, recommending necessary process changes and ensuring their implementation.
  • Conduct inspections of SGI activities, meet periodically with SGI agents and follow up on actions from previous inspections.
  • Provide support for the implementation of new IMS processes and deployment of improvements across areas through the development and delivery of internal training, committee formation, refresher courses, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), newsletters, periodic bulletins, trend analyses, etc.
  • Support audits, inspections, regulatory oversight by public agencies and technical assessments, recording results and managing corrective action plans for nonconformities.
  • Support maintenance of IMS processes, keeping all IMS documentation up to date, including manuals, procedures, reports and PGR (Risk Management Program) files, as well as relevant measurements for updates (occupational hygiene).
  • Conduct technical visits to airports for occupational hygiene measurements and other occupational safety-related matters.
  • Provide local support in obtaining cluster and asset certifications, assisting leadership and related areas in processes subject to audit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety or Occupational Hygiene.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SOC system.
  • Intermediate English and Spanish.
  • Completed technical/vocational training in Occupational Safety.
  • Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety.
