Fleet Analyst responsible for planning and managing maintenance processes at Motiva. Focused on operational efficiency and sustainability in mobility infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Structure and standardize Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) processes for the fleet, ensuring governance and traceability of maintenance information;
Plan and monitor the execution of the preventive maintenance plan, tracking indicators such as plan adherence, fleet availability, and asset reliability;
Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), such as preventive maintenance adherence, Service Accuracy, tire consumption and lifespan, maintenance cost per asset, MTBF / MTTR / CPK, and cost availability;
Control and analyze maintenance costs, identifying deviations and opportunities for optimization and reduction of operational costs;
Manage and monitor operational maintenance records (odometer, hour meter, tire measurements, intervention history, among others);
Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM) for planning, control, and analysis of maintenance activities;
Critically analyze fleet performance and maintenance interventions, identifying root causes of recurring failures;
Support the training of operational teams responsible for maintenance control at the sites, ensuring correct use of the defined systems and processes;
Propose continuous improvements to maintenance workflows and processes, considering the specific characteristics of each operation;
Support the development and monitoring of medium-term maintenance planning, including the 52-week plan;
Support maintenance audits and ensure the reliability of information recorded in the systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM);
Knowledge of fleet or industrial asset maintenance management;
Intermediate MS Office skills;
Knowledge of KPI analysis and data management;
Availability for short travel;
Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS/EAM);
Experience with systems such as Engeman, SAP PM, Oracle, or similar;
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools;
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA);
Experience with maintenance cost management;
Knowledge of process automation;
Knowledge of reliability and maintenance engineering;
Intermediate English;
MBA in Project Management and/or MBA in Maintenance Management.
