About the role

  • HR Analyst managing payroll routines and compliance at Hesselbach Company. Focused on labor legislation and employee support in São Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Personnel/Payroll routines, with a focus on timekeeping and attendance tracking, onboarding and offboarding processes, calculation and verification of terminations, and support for termination homologations.
  • Will ensure compliance with labor legislation, organize documentation, update records, and provide support to employees on employment-related matters. We are looking for an organized professional who is deadline-oriented and has experience with labor routines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • MANDATORY: Experience with TOTVS | PROTHEUS and Pontomais/SuperVR systems.
