- We are seeking a Senior Data Visualization Analyst to turn complex data into clear, visual, and actionable stories, supporting strategic decision-making at various levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Design analytical visual experiences, from understanding the business problem to delivering the final dashboard or report. Participate in discussions with the client area to ensure the best outcome for the dashboards;
- Translate strategic questions into structured visual narratives, defining the best presentation format for each audience (executive, tactical, and operational);
- Experience with Power BI and orchestration of data sources to optimize table merges for dashboards, ensuring quality and performance;
- Ensure the company's best-practice data modeling guide and Power BI publishing policy to guarantee performance and stability of environments;
- Work closely with business areas to refine questions, hypotheses, and key indicators;
- Support BI and Analytics teams in selecting visualizations, storytelling, and analytical design best practices;
- Conduct critical reviews of existing dashboards, proposing simplification, standardization, and increased analytical value;
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's analytical culture by disseminating best practices and training users.
