About the role

  • **Responsibilities**
  • We’re looking for a commercial all-rounder, you will be responsible for the entire UK P&L, from sales revenue, to marketing spend to headcount planning and everything else in between
  • Owning the UK budget and ensuring that your teams do too
  • You will craft robust strategies within Sales and Marketing in the UK, developing our established revenue channels, whilst also being adaptable to new opportunities and having foresight to mitigate risks
  • You’ll be responsible for working with the UK Marketing team to translate global marketing plans into the UK market and working with Operations, People and Finance on cross functional projects.
  • You’ll work closely with the NPD team on executing new opportunities in the UK market
  • The UK MD will sit on our global leadership team and is a strategic leadership role
  • You will lead and manage the UK business to enable us to achieve our ambitious (and exciting) growth plans over next year and the years to come. You will have 3 direct reports (2 in Sales and 1 in Marketing) and an indirect team of c. 20

Requirements

  • **Who you are**
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, preferably in drinks and passionate about RTD
  • Demonstrable experience in building long term plans and driving these through, pivoting where needed to maximise opportunities
  • Proven experience in P&L and budget management
  • Data and numerically fluent
  • Brilliant relationship builder and rapport builder - across the board
  • Extensive management experience - a natural leader with a proven track record in managing and developing high performing teams
