Responsibilities
- Support the construction, analysis, and refinement of natural language datasets for AI products
- Develop clear, consistent annotation guidelines for high-quality labeled data
- Manage end-to-end annotation workflows and performance monitoring
- Communicate annotation insights and metrics to stakeholders
- Recommend process adjustments based on insights and performance trends
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience annotating, managing, and evaluating datasets in conversational AI and/or generative AI contexts
- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, computational linguistics, data science, or related field
- Familiarity with extracting qualitative and quantitative insights from large natural language corpora
- Ability to function and collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional global organization
- Demonstrated ability to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
