About the role

• AI Consultant developing and implementing innovative AI strategies and solutions to support organizations in their data-driven transformations. Working in a hybrid environment across Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of sophisticated AI strategies and solutions
• Supporting organizations and business models in their transformation into data-driven companies
• Assuming (partial) project management responsibilities, both on-site at client locations and internally as an interface to various business units

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a consultant in sales/pre-sales
• Solid knowledge and experience in AI, machine learning, and generative models, as well as experience applying AI models and algorithms such as OpenAI
• Completed degree (Data Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent)
• Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or a similar language
• At least one year of experience developing AI strategies and solutions
• A knack for creative problem-solving and the ability to present complex topics clearly
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Very good German and English skills (at least B2+/C1)
• Swiss citizenship or several years' residence in Switzerland
