Responsibilities
Assist in the configuration and administration of enterprise COTS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenText, AWS, UiPath, etc).
Support the development of proof-of-concept workflows using Agentic AI, Generative AI models, or predictive analytics within our existing platform ecosystems.
Help build and test API connections (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between core platforms and external tools.
Document technical configurations and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience (professional) working with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenText, etc.) or complex software development projects.
Solid grasp of Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Familiarity with at least one COTS platform’s development environment or administrative console.
A foundational understanding of how to implement or interact with AI models/APIs.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently on defined technical tasks.
Good to Have: Mainline Certifications in ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, or any other cloud platform.
