About the role
- Enterprise AI & Platform Intern at ServBeyond Solutions in Rockville, Maryland. Assisting in enterprise systems configuration, maintenance, and AI-driven evolution with a dynamic technical team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration and administration of enterprise COTS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenText, AWS, UiPath, etc).
- Support the development of proof-of-concept workflows using Agentic AI, Generative AI models, or predictive analytics within our existing platform ecosystems.
- Help build and test API connections (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between core platforms and external tools.
- Document technical configurations and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (professional) working with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenText, etc.) or complex software development projects.
- Solid grasp of Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Familiarity with at least one COTS platform’s development environment or administrative console.
- A foundational understanding of how to implement or interact with AI models/APIs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently on defined technical tasks.
- Good to Have: Mainline Certifications in ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, or any other cloud platform.
