Responsibilities
- As a Consultant within Square Management’s Data & AI Center of Excellence (DOMEX), you will address transformation challenges for our large enterprise clients in the Industrial sector:
- AI Strategy & Leadership: Define the strategic vision (AI strategy) and identify high‑value use cases for business units.
- Design & Modeling: Oversee the design of complex Machine Learning models and ensure the quality of the Data Science deliverables.
- Industrialization (MLOps): Lead model deployment and the industrialization of AI production pipelines in Cloud environments.
- Technical leadership: Lead and upskill Data Science teams while maintaining strong links with business stakeholders.
- Data governance: Ensure model ethics, algorithmic robustness and compliance with AI‑related standards and regulations.
- Contribute to firm development: Share your expertise within the Data & AI Center of Excellence and help produce thought‑leadership content (podcasts, focus pieces, articles, interviews and panel discussions).
Requirements
- You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a business school, engineering school or university, with a specialization in Data.
- You have at least 5 years’ proven experience in consulting or industry, ideally on transformation projects within Data & AI or Innovation departments.
- As an AI expert, you design innovative solutions in Python and Machine Learning. You manage the full lifecycle of models, from strategy to Cloud deployment. Your MLOps expertise enables you to translate complex challenges into industrialized, high‑value solutions.
- You are rigorous and organized, committed, and enjoy working in teams. You can perform in demanding environments with autonomy and agility.
- You are fluent in English.
