- Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the squad regularly celebrates success.
- Align squad with Cloud Fleet operating model; actively participate in Scrum Master guild.
- Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to improve process and delivery.
Requirements
- 6-8 years working in an Agile framework, preferably Scrum
- Strong communication skills (Effective, articulate, succinct communicator)
- Ability to hold self and team accountable for delivery
- Ability to partner with product owner and stakeholders to articulate roadmaps and goals
- Demonstrated expertise in team building
- Experience working with or knowledge of public cloud
- Strong Knowledge of JIRA
- Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, and/or SAFE-5)
